Poly Blackwire 8225 UC, Stereo USB-C Corded Headset, ANC, Online Indicator, with Call Controls (214407-01) is a Premium Corded UC Headset with Advanced Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) to block out background noise, focus, and boost productivity. Users can adjust the level of ANC to suit their environment with the four microphones and three ANC settings. This makes premium sound quality for calls and stereo music. This model of Blackwire 8225 is a USB-C headset with plug and play connectivity for use with PC and Desk phone. This is compatible with Windows® or Mac OS.

The flexible, noise-cancelling microphone enhanced with Acoustic Fence technology makes conversations stay clear and private. Acoustic Fence uses two microphones to separate your voice from the background noise and ensure that the users voice is the only thing heard and not the background noise. It has an inline call controller with additional ANC controls. The Stereo Premium Corded UC Headset has an Online Indicator integrated into the headphones to let co-workers know if you are online or in a call status with the two LED indicators on speaker housing. The fully adjustable headset with 180º pivoting speakers, padded headband, and soft leatherette ear cushions makes this headset comfortable for all day use. It is also lightweight with just 186 g. Blackwire 8225 UC has SoundGuard Digital Acoustic limiting for protection against sounds above 118 dBA. G616 anti-startle protection limits the noise level to 102 dBSPL. Time-Weighted Average prevents average daily noise exposure from exceeding 80 or 85 dBA which is enabled by Plantronics Hub software.
