Headsetsonline.com.au prides its self on customer satisfaction. If you order the wrong product or find that it simply is just not right “We will replace the item” with a product more suitable.
You Have 14 days from the date of invoice to notify Headsetsonline.com.au. Please send your return request through our support ticket system with your order number and products to be returned. From the date of notification the product must be returned within 7 days to qualify for a replacement item. The item must be sent via registered post or via a professional courier service with postage tracking. You may be asked to produce proof of delivery. Headsetsonline.com.au takes no responsibility for lost post.
The conditions of qualifying for the replacement item is for the product is to be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with no clear damage to the packing or product. Damange to packing will incur a 25% re-stocking fee and any damaged products will not be accepted.
Any difference in price will be refunded. If the product replaced is greater in price you will be charged the difference. Postage for the return product will also be charged at our flat shipping rate.
Due to Health and Safety no ear cushions will not be replaced and under no circumstance will a refund be given in cash for the 14 Days satisfaction guarantee (store credit only)
