Synopsis:

Jabra releases three new features interoperable with both Jabra GO™6400 and Jabra PRO™9400 Series and bundled them all up to create Value Pack 3. The three features included in the Value Pack 3 are Dial Pad for Mobile Phones and Softphones, Mouse Click-Away Phone Calls, and Keyboard Shortcuts

UC Frontrunner Jabra releases Value Pack 3, which consists of three new features that will all be beneficial for Jabra GO™6400 and Jabra PRO™9400 Series.

These features are expected to restructure the series and provide more intuitive options for call handling. The features include:

  • Dial Pad for Mobile Phones and Softphones
  • Mouse Click-Away Phone Calls
  • Keyboard Shortcuts

If you still don’t have your own Jabra headset, visit our store and get one.

The first feature is the touch screen dial pad that will provide users the luxury to access control options, while their phones are kept inside their pockets. Interoperable with dial pad-supported softphones and mobile phones, the touch screen dial pad can be accessed at the bottom part of the headsets and can act the same way as the dial pad of the phone.

In the second feature, Jabra Call Manager can be used in order to make the mouse click-away phone calls possible. Through this feature, the headset’s touchscreen is duplicated to a PC screen, where call options can be managed more easily.

And finally, customizable keyboard shortcuts can be used to make it easier to handle calls using the keyboard. The great thing about this feature is that users can keep frequently used numbers for more convenient access. But it doesn’t stop there. Value Pack 3 also boasts other additional features, including:

  • Disable/Enable Ringtone Notifications
  • Adjust Speaker Volume
  • Synchronize Volume and Mute Controls between PC and Headset’s Touchscreen

When it comes to security, Jabra PRO™9400’s security enhancement is included in the package. The security enhancement is consistent with the company’s proactive approach in the subject. Jabra PRO 9400 Series’ high level of security is improved, including a correction for the re-pairing issue which, on a closed communication circuit, could cause instability in the connection.

Both 100% software-driven solutions, Jabra PRO 6400 and Jabra GO 9400 Series headsets can be upgraded online. The Value Pack 3 can be downloaded and installed from this site. You can also follow these instructions:
